At the licensing service of our new priest this evening it felt like our little church had become Westminster Abbey for an hour! Klaus's organ playing was sensitive and inspired.
And during several rehearsals he was always prompt, patient and responsive, having listened intently to our requirements, particularly at the dress rehearsal attended by Area Dean, the Bishop's Chaplin and the new priest in charge.
All of the choir felt confident when he played. The evening was a delight.

All Saints Church, Hackbridge and Beddington Corner, does not have its own organist, and when we were planning a licensing service for our new Priest-in-charge in May 2016,
the organist who usually plays for us at Christmas and other special occasions was not available.
We contacted Klaus Bung and agreed a contract for him to play at the service, and at some rehearsals.
Klaus was a delight to work with in every respect: he was always early for rehearsals; he was always ready to support everything we were doing, never obtrusive but ready with helpful advice when it was needed.
A new anthem was composed for the occasion, with a suggested organ accompaniment. Klaus developed this to provide much better support for the choir – brilliantly done!
Klaus showed flexibility in his approach, including attending an extra rehearsal, above what had been agreed in the contract. He helped make our special occasion truly special.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Klaus Bung and look forward to working with him again.
